Ordering sunscreen from Cocooncenter
I just ordered several La Roche Posay UV Mune sunscreens and a dermo-pediatrics) from cocooncenter to replenish my stock and I live in NYC. I do this once a year. It got here from France pretty quickly as chronopost handed it off to FedEx here. However, FedEx is holding my packaging and they sent me this email:
“You have a FedEx International shipment that requires the following:
FDA Prior Notice for Cosmetic Product
Please see the attached Invoice for reference. Kindly submit the documentation at your earliest convenience and submit it directly via (I removed email) Please note that we have until 04/10/26 to complete this process before the package is moved under review for return.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. We are closely monitoring your package”
Does anyone know anything about this? I have been ordering sunscreens from there and Europe in general for the longest time and I’ve never experienced this before.
