Can anyone identify this type of parquet flooring or if it is?
In a condo built in 1957, they appear to be separate wood squares.
I can't identify the pattern.

Just want to come on here to say do not hesitate getting a capable attorney if you cannot get your HOA to follow their own documents and rules. Issue is leaking unit from above and ceilings and walls are common elements. Now we have 2 lawyers involved (our unit and above unit) and shit is getting done that is the HOA’s responsibility and the upstairs unit’s responsibility. Unfortunately it takes some money and legal threatening to make a bad HOA act according to their own governing documents. This is the last HOA we will ever belong to.
