Second Round Interview For IPT Role. Tips to prepare/should I do anything differently than the first one

Applied for an IPT role and have a second round interview around the corner. Curious if there's anything I should do differently this time around or if I should prepare the same way I did for the first round? This is pretty much new territory to me since my current job it was pretty much one interview then offer. Also how the timeline looks like of hearing back after this second round so I know what to expect. Anything would be helpful:)

34M & 29F in a relationship that faces adversity over location and career choices

For context, we've been together for about 6 years now. We both live in the west coast of the US. Right now, we're doing a temporary long distance relationship as she pursues her postgraduate degree.

The duration of our relationship we've lived in the aforementioned west coast but she's always been saying to me how she wants to be closer to her family. That being said though, we're set up to succeed career wise and financially where we are. I got a job that is in the six figure range and if she comes back here she's so well connected in her field she could easily find a job that pays well straight out of finishing her degree which given this current economic climate is very rare.

She however doesn't seem to put much importance in that and is insisting that we move despite the fact that we'd be essentially set for life if we stay. She values community more than financial well-being.

We have serious conversations about marriage frequently however she can't get past the fact that she just wants to be close to her family.

How can I have this conversation with her to basically let her know that it's in our best interest to stay here without making her feel like I'm putting my career before her?

I feel like I'm always the one that has to sacrifice things and this time is a doozy. Sacrificing my high paying job/job security just because she wants to be close to her family.
