Is this normal? 250th Diagonal Cutters Jaws not lined up?

**The Last photo is the Milwaukee cutters.

Used the 250th diagonal cutters for the first time. Just to cut some tiny plastic hoses. I felt a lot more resistance than I thought I should have.

Looked closer and the jaws are severely misaligned. Almost looks intentional. My Milwaukees aren’t like that. Is this normal for longevity?
