I have a G Line Electric that’s about 6 months old. I have a problem where the electrical system just switches off going dead whilst riding. The obvious fault could be a poor connection to the battery from the interface on the bike but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

No amount of wiggling or bouncing the bike whilst stationary will induce the fault. Riding over bumps also doesn’t induce the fault.

The bike has been back to a dealer who updated the firmware and replaced the battery (Supposedly) but the fault came back today worse than ever. The bike works again after a power cycle and can then cut out immediately again or even minutes, hours or days later when in use.

Any ideas guys?
