Why are we playing Lexie Brown?

Every time I critique her in this sub I get downvoted. But I really think she doesn’t help the team, but we still give her too many of minutes. Is there something I’m missing? Can someone honestly explain explain without just downvoting why we seem to be so invested in her despite her never playing well?

I was doing some of the SAT question bank questions and ran across this one (d222f7d9). The answer has MISMATCHED comma/dashes to delineate a non-essential clause. I've never seen this before!

I also double checked Meltzer, and she says that this is wrong:
"The most important rule is that the same type of punctuation should be used to mark both the beginning and the end of a non-essential clause: commas must be matched with commas, dashes with dashes, and parentheses with parentheses. Any construction that involves mixing and matching is incorrect."

Guide to non-essential clauses - The Critical Reader

I really don't like the College Board doing this -- I mean this just seems stylistic in poor taste, even if technically legal.

Has anyone seen this on an actual test?
