G4KA 2.0L Engine, 558k kilometers

This clunking noise has come on few days prior, and I cannot find the cause. Any help would be appreciated, can send more images or videos if needed.

Visited the mechanics few times, changed the CV axle prior to this on front right side, and upper control arm, made no difference. Visited the mechanics few times.
