Struggling to pick a career

I’m finishing up my freshmen year of college. I’m majoring in biology and I’ve always wanted to be a doctor. But I’ve been having second thought about it, mainly because I feel like it’s such a huge commitment and it’s so expensive. I’m a first gen immigrant and I don’t really have a safety net to fall back on. I thought of doing PA and then considering doing an ABSN after college but then switched to psychology/social work. Now I feel stuck. I know I have a lot of time to decide but everytime I see my college advisor she asks what my goals are and what I plan on becoming and I literally never know what to say. I’m already having such a hard time landing an internship I don’t know how I’ll manage to get into med school.

Still waiting

I’ve applied to like 5 places and got rejected from all them. I need to make some money this summer, do you guys know if there are any places hiring? Or internships still open?
