House built in 1965, I wanna enhance the kitchen, but stay true to 65'

So I fell in love with the house because of this kitchen. My dream kitchen was always Samantha's from Bewitched, and Norma Arnold (Kevin's mom) on The Wonder Years. I love the color of these cabinets, and the hardware, I really don't wanna change those, or the original countertops. I love them, but I wouldn't mind redoing the floor, new appliances (vintage look maybe), paint, any tips or ideas?

How THE FUCK was ANYONE ever pro jen Ayden this season?

The amount of fake shit she spun up and lied about, for NO reason whatsoever against Danielle was just insane. She did it all on camera, knowing we the audience would see it, but thought she could just do it anyways I guess? Disgusting behavior by Jen, who the fuck does she think she is PUSHING Danielle??

House I'd been watching dropped price 25k after inspection found structural damage

So, wondering if there's any way to swing it, or if I should just pass it up. Got an offer on my house, so look for a new one. House now at 240k and inspection report shows a quote for 41k to fix damages. As is, no further repairs done by seller. At 240 I can afford it, add on another 41k I can not. What do u think would be a reasonable offer to them, considering those damages needed repaired?

House went live last night, got offer for full asking in cash

So I have a contengcy that we find new housing before close. We've been trying to buy since last April, beat out of houses every single time we put an offer in. We decided to get ours listed first, try to sell and buy at the same time. Now, we got 2 showing requests immediately, and an agent calling our realtor asking if we would accept sight unseen full cash price, and RENT our house back from them, until we find a new one..no escalation clause not an on paper offer, just asking if we would consider that. I'm kind of offended, we have the contengcy for a reason, I'm not wanting to do a rent back when my mortgage is only $720 a month, I can't imagine paying more than my mortgage to rent my own home, whole I HOPE to find another one. As I was writing this, a guy actually drove up to my house (I'm sitting on the porch) and asked me questions about buying it, and the neighborhood. So feels like we at least have some interest. What's the benefits of taking cash offer the first day you list? I'm in central PA area

My house goes live tomorrow, did a coming soon post today, and so far, only one showing scheduled

So, I'm in an area where the market is pretty hot. There like only a handful of homes from 199-225, and typically they get posted and immediately go pending within a day or so of going live. So far, I've been up a few hours and only one confirmed showing request. Am I thinking to much of this, or is this a bad sign? Selling at 199k, other Houses in this area have less than mine does, and are asking like 230-260, but those sit and don't sell. All the lower prices ones go fast, and usually over asking. Not sure what to expect

Interested in buying foreclosure REO property, without cash down, what are my chances?

my house goes live Friday, I'm hopeful it gets an offer right away, as there aren't many houses for sale in my area, and nothing as cheap as mine is being listed for. I'm selling an old 1900s duplex I lived in for the past decade for 199.9, if I sell at asking, after tax and commissions I'm walking away with 125k profit. I am interested in the house selling a $224k, that says "These properties are currently listed for sale. They are owned by a bank or a lender who took ownership through foreclosure proceedings. These are also known as bank-owned or real estate owned (REO)." my realtor checked it out, doesn't say it requires a cash offer, and doesn't give any weird stipulations to buy. we have been trying to buy a house for the past year, and no luck, outbid every time. this one, is a little further out in the sticks, more like farm land area, I'm hoping people aren't looking as much in this particular area, but my dream is to list my house, get an offer, and then put an offer in on this farm house. what do you think my luck is? is there a chance? anything I should be weary of for this type of property? I've never looked at a foreclosure before, set up to go check it out on Sunday. things I should look out for? appreciate any insight you may have
