Charging Cable Issues/Recommendations?

Charging Cable Issues/Recommendations?

I recently got this Quest Pro second hand and it runs fine, the charging station works wonders, but I'm realizing that if I try to use my INIU 20000mAh power bank and this JSAUX Link Cable together with my headset it seems to charge for a bit, then randomly disconnect and reconnect. (Like the disconnect and reconnect sound plays repeatedly.)

Is this a issue with the port of the headset itself or the cable I'm using? Just want to make sure as I want to use this headset more!

I never really had this issue when using my Quest 3, so I just want to make sure ;p

Used Quest Pro, left on V60, how to disable auto-updates on a used headset or update?

Just got the headset I was talking about earlier however the person I bought this from didn't reset the headrest and I'm stuck on V60. I've seen multiple posts saying that I shouldn't update, so I've been trying to see what I can do, but it seems the owner never turned on ADB as ADB isn't detecting the headset, should I still try and disable updates or just update the Quest Pro to the latest version? I still need to download Virtual Desktop and log into my own Meta account, what should I do?

Getting a Quest Pro soon, and was curious on how or what I can do to make sure the sensors doesn’t become damaged? I sweat a bit with my Quest 3 and it makes me scared enough to ask what I can do to make sure one of the selling points of this headset doesn’t die on me >->
