I want to know that colleges like mait, msit, bpit,bvcoe and other they are private institutions so does they follow obc,sc/st reservation

My doubt as in jac delhi they want your obc certficate from delhi goverment , so this thing is same in ggsipu or the obc certificate issued from other state work
