Having my roof replaced. What should I look for?
we are under contract for a new asphalt roof, new decking on part of the house, as well as new gutters.
I'll be home for part of the day that they're working, so I can watch the procedure. I have never had a roof installed, as I'm a first-time homeowner, and only have lived here for about 6 years.
what should I look for while they're working?
