Trying to balance AI and VPD

Running a 4x4 with Evo6, humidifier, and heater. I have the AI set to VPD mode with the desired number set at 0.9. I’m about 3 weeks into veg. I’m letting the AI control the main fan (exhaust), humidifier and the heater. While it is constantly keeping my VPD at 0.9, it’s running the temp at 76 degrees, and the humidity at 71%.

Looking at the VPD chart, with a temp of 76, my humidity really should be at 60-62%.

Ideally I’d like to run my temp at 80, humidity at 60%, and call it a day. BUT when I take humidifier and heater out of AI mode I feel as if they fight against each other. Any tips would be appreciated.

Edit: initially stated I was 3 weeks into flower but I’m actually 3 weeks into veg

PH and outdoor plants

I typically do 4 plants in the ground, and water with the hose. Started growing indoors this year and realize how important PH is. Does everyone monitor and adjust PH when growing outdoors and in the ground?

I’ve grown 5 seasons so far and never have, but wonder if I could vastly improve by considering this
