Beware Keyzar jewelry!
they are not honoring the lifetime warranty that is advertised on their website. I bought a ring last year from them. Within the first few weeks I noticed the main prongs on the main diamond looked off so I sent it back to them and they fixed it. Fast forward to now, yesterday I noticed one of the small diamonds on the side was gone! I messaged them to fix this since clearly the setting was loose enough that the diamond fell out. They said they would fix it if I pay a repair fee and shipping costs!! That certainly does not sound like a lifetime warranty to me. When I questioned this fee, they then tried to gaslight me, basically saying that with normal activities settings can come loose and that if only I reached out when it was starting to get loose then they could cover it. Unbelievable! It is not normal for a setting like this to get loose! This reflects poor craftmanship. I’ve had other rings with similar settings of small diamonds on the band and never have I lost a diamond on them!
