I know it's not the ideal area but in a good spot for my needs and affordable. I just can't find hardly anything about them online. Is it safe enough (I can deal with city living, but don't want to fear for my life)? What is the management and maintenance like? Appreciate the help.

Looking for a place on the East side (I know but it’s the most convenient area for me), I toured Harrison Point apartments. The complex itself seemed nice enough, but obviously I was there in the daytime. I’m used to general city living and cautiousness, but i don’t necessarily want to be somewhere where I’m afraid for my life. Is it as bad as some of what I see online? Would I be in mortal danger? Appreciate the help
