i’m really new to communications but i’ve found some freelance work here and there but it’s really minimal.

i’m not sure how to build myself up and create a portfolio and what to even do to start.

there’s so many avenues like PR, social media, technical communications, etc.

when building a portfolio/brand for yourself do you niche yourself down or generalise?

i’m thinking of just reaching out to companies and asking to make a free social media plan for them/free videos for a month or something and then hoping it leads to paid work.

idk what i’m doing anymore sigh someone pls share any insights i would really appreciate it ❤️

hi, does anyone know of any good push up bras that work for early breast stage growth (mine are still really cone shaped unfortunately)

i have one from bras and things and it works but it feels too bulky, ideally a thinner/lowkey one if possible

hi, my estrogen levels are at 1900 pnmol (i got my implants done back in october) so this number seems crazy high??? could someone pls explain what could be the case

no matter what i do, my hair is always damp / wet inside even if i do so many passes of a blowdry brush or round brush with a hairdryer

i even spend 15 mins rough drying but no matter what my hair inside is wet.. i’m thinking it’s because i don’t go inside much but i worry that if i take the blowdryer and move it around inside too much it’ll make the hairdryer go against my hair cuticle causing more frizz

i’m not sure how to blowdry right or even know when my rough dry is complete. people say when you go in with a blowdry brush your hair should be 80% dry but my hair would take forever to dry if that was the case

hi, does anyone have hairspray recs for thick wavy frizzy hair

i always blowdry my hair and try to straighten it but it reverts back to a wavy shape, and i wonder if it’s my hairspray since i don’t have a good one

any price is ok
