Got my first audition tomorrow at a mat studio I used to frequent before I got my teacher training! Any and all tips for your first audition welcome + a few questions:
Should I / can I bring notes or is that a no no?
Is it rude to check watch for time?
Tips for teaching in a heated studio? (I know the stigma around hot Pilates, but I’m OK with teaching it)

Guys, I’ve been struggling with my mental health severely for years now, but it’s getting to the point where I can’t ignore it. I’ve been an EXRP therapy for four years and in regular therapy for almost 10, at this point, I know I need medication, but my OCD is convincing me that it will literally kill me or shorten my life.
It’s starting to affect my ability to form relationships with friends and coworkers.
this is something that I feel like I can’t do an exposure for because the result is literal death, and it takes so long to find out. Did anyone struggle with something similar? How did you deal?
I'm about to start applying to studios because I'll finish my training in about a month! Up until now I've worked as a graphic designer. Wondering how to position my resume, if I include all my design experience / education or keep it strictly pilates related?
