Anyone know what card this is? I don't see anything on the checklist #/8. There's a frozen tractor to -8 but clearly that's not it.

Got these at an estate sale. First time getting tobacco cards. Would anyone here be kind enough to tell me about these if they know anything about them. Thank you.
