I dont know who or what this even is

I recently wiped my PC and I have to install everything again the problem is I can't get my wifi adapter to work I have already tried the "allow PC to turn off this device to save power"

And when I leave it running it doesn't disconnect only when I try to connect

I have an MSI BE6500

I got hacked and was wondering if changing my passwords and wiping my PC completely would fix it

Is there anything else I should do I'm actually really nervous cause it got into my discord account and almost spent 200$

I was wondering if it was possible to use another pen as i found it in a thrift shop for like 4$ it works completely fine so it was a steal but i don't wanna spend like 70$ for a pen and im wondering if there is a cheaper pen i could possibly use

I never owned a Wacom in my life so i also don't know how worth it is to try and get it up and really running
