HRV has significantly dropped
For those already monitoring their HRV trend, how has it evolved on your Reta journey? For me, one month in, I have gone from an average of 130-177 to BARELY cracking through 100–in fact sitting somewhere between 60-80, which for my baseline is horrendous.
Are there mechanisms to be set against the constantly exacerbating decline or does it eventually get better down the line?
