Hi,

I've lost weight from 108 kg to 91 kg, but I'm seeing clearly incorrect readings from my Garmin Index S2 scale.

According to the scale, my body fat percentage has only dropped by about 2% during this weight loss, while muscle mass and even bone mass are decreasing. That doesn't make physiological sense — a 17 kg weight loss should be accompanied by a much larger drop in body fat percentage, not a loss of lean mass and bone.

Because of these incorrect body composition readings, my Fitness Age is also showing inaccurate values.

This strongly suggests an issue either with the Index S2 hardware/BIA measurement, or with Garmin's body composition algorithms.

What do you recommend? Is there a way to recalibrate the scale, reset the baseline, or correct the body composition data? Has Garmin identified any known issues with S2 body fat measurement accuracy?
