Our curb appeal is decent! Good even! But not my style. The beige siding really bums me out. Likewise for the greige patio and landlord special white columns. Our little bungalow has so much character and stunning growth, I just want to do it justice and make it really stand out. Right now I feel like there are too many??? things going on? Really just brain dumping here and looking for some feedback/sanity checks.

I'd love to do some low budget alterations to see if I can make it feel a little more modern.

- paint the door and door trim black or charcoal?
- repaint the ceiling of the porch? What color?
- paint railing?
- paint patio and stairs?
- new landscaping on the sides of the stairs? what kind? Something that just kisses the bottom of the railing probably. Alternating heights. The pictures here are directly after a landscaper came and sliced off the bamboo framing the steps and the branches from the tree on the left.
- THE COLUMNS?
- PAINT GUTTERS?

In a perfect world (given an unlimited budget [imaginary]) I would:

- Paint the vinyl siding a darker color
- have natural wood or matching dark window panes
- Replace front door with natural wood tone door OR! paint this current door a fun bright color
- Microcement/crazy pave the patio and stairs and replace the walkway/side pathway pavers to all be the same.
- place unique post cap lights on railing

Ok that's all. I'm not crazy.
