My Nook Android app just refuses to work properly, so I was going to transfer my books with Calibre. Mind I am pretty computer savvy, BUT I was unaware (until today) that the Nook app for PC is no more. Soooo, I connected my tablet to the laptop,but of course can't access my Nook books that way. So...how on earth do I convert them with Calibre since I can't get them ON Calibre? (Nevereverever buying a book from B&N again...nevernevernever...🤬)

My first ereader was the original B&N Nook, so I have quite a lot of books from B&N. I now primarily use an android ereader. Lately, I am finding the Nook app to be "uncooperative". Not just on the android reader, but on the phone and tablet as well. Sometimes, it will easily download a book from the cloud storage, the next time,it requires that I perform a ceremonial dance, chant an incantation and offer a sacrifice. As I said, this is across ALL devices. Anyone else experiencing this? I should add, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it is still balky.
