Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has travelled to Thailand on a tourist visa, bought a motorcycle, and then travelled internationally with the Thailand-registered bike, perhaps even all the way to Europe?

I am interested in doing a motorcycle trip from Asia to Europe, but I am just thinking about how realistic this plan would be. Can tourists buy and formally register a motorbike in Thailand and then travel overseas? The plan would be to buy a brand new motorbike from an official motorbike distributor.
