Hey all!

Has anyone experienced having postage due when ordering from KC Needlepoint? It's free shipping--I ordered just one skein of Silk & Ivory (I live in a needlepoint desert). When it got to me, the mailman came to the door and I had to pay $6.20. I ordered it on May 7th, and it got to me on May 13th.

It's not the end of the world, but I'm confused because it was supposed to be free shipping, and I've ordered from them before with no issue. I live in New York State, if it makes a difference!
