[Newbie and Still Learning] Question about Interview Style
Hello po! I'm an ESL Teacher transitioning to a General VA role. Ask ko lang po sana kung ano 'yung usual style ng interview ng clients. Do most of them prefer the formal interview style/setup, or the casual one? I'm used to the conversational style of communication, given by the nature of my work. Pero, I'm quite curious about which one works best, especially kung mga CEO or Executives yung kausap sa interview. Salamat po!
