Massive leak. How to clean?
After weeks and weeks of false clogging errors, I decided to change my filament roll for a new one in the hopes that the error was popping because of humidity. I left the printer calibrating before the print before heading to bed just to get up and see the clogging error on my phone notifications. I got up, went to the printer and the clog turned out to be a massive leak that has basically wrapped around the nozzle, the silicon sock and everything around. I have decided to take apart the whole printhead as the solid hard pla blob won't budge.
Any suggestion on how to get rid of this mess is welcome.
EDIT: well I was able to take the whole chunk, nozzle included, and pull it out. I've brushed it cleand and now it's even better looking than before. Unfortunatelly there was more clogged filament deep inside the hotend, so I had to take it out, unscrew the side screw that holds the four hole funnel to take the inside funnel unclog that bit, put everything back in place. Unfortunatelly it was then taking ages to detect the temperature, and apparently the motor that pulls in the filament wasn't doing its job. So I went to take it out to fit it in its place when I accidentally pull to hard from the filament sensor and I unplugged it from the main board on the back. it was too late to carry on so I left it off and I will carry on tomorrow
