First time posting here, so let me know if I’m missing any useful info! :)

I’m starting a new job in about a month and need a work backpack mainly for carrying my laptop and daily essentials. However, I have chronic back and neck problems, so ergonomics and support are a real priority for me.

My criteria:

∙Fits a laptop

∙Good back support & nice design

∙Comfortable shoulder straps

∙Lightweight when empty

∙Budget: \~50€

∙I’m based in Belgium, so EU-available brands preferred

Has anyone dealt with similar back issues and found a backpack that genuinely helped? Happy to hear both budget picks and slightly pricier options worth saving up for.
