It is really hard to find someone that gets the vibe of the culture as other designers dont get what I am looking for.

I have been doing this for years. This is just a recommendation. Saving everything to multiple hard drives is very tedious.
Even if you loose your laptop you will still be able to access all your files. It synchronises everything fully automatic on my Mac.
Since iCloud is a bit expensive I am using MS365 with 1 TB of online storage. That also includes Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and AI Content generation like MS Designer.
I sill have some slots free because I have the Family plan. DM me if you want to have it.
There is a way to upload any synchronise every folder on you computer, not just "documents and photos like iCloud want you to do.
I still have a slot to share for MS365.
