I suddenly 5 weeks ago started going off food, 3 weeks ago I stopped eating everything, I used to eat EVERYTHING not 1 thing I did not eat! 2 years ago I also went off food but had so many foods I would eat, this time I don’t.
All I am “eating” mainly is whole milk (called arla big milk which has added vitamins in) and occasionally some chips and Farley rusk. That’s all I have.
I don’t know why all of a sudden I’m like this with a head adversion to food. I have even gone off chocolate which before I was addicted to. I have always loved a sugary treat and now can’t stand anything sweet, a Farley rusk is the only “sweet” thing I will tolerate.
I have realised a lot of this is sensory, if u think, all these foods have their own flavour and aren’t “flavoured” I am starving though and want to eat foods I see and used to like and trust me I have actually tried! But I gag on it and then spit it out, any recommendations of food I could try similar to what I have now and maybe how to get over this or if you are the same?
