Anarchist readings on purpose?

Was thinking about a piece from crimethinc earlier (i think it's to change everything, i can't remember the title exactly) and i'm curious as to if there's any good writings on deconstructing capitalist and industrialist views on purpose and work.

Road cyclists after almost getting hit near belle isle for the 5,000th time today

to be fair i didn't expect there to be construction and getting there from kanawha is always bound to be a problem because you're near three highways, but still, i'm begging the city to put bike lines in or better bike infrastructure.

wilderness first aid courses/classes?

it's getting warmer out and i have plans to do a bike tour along the virginia capitol trail, and also backpack along the Appalachian trail with my dad soon. it's my first time backpacking.

with that in mind, i plan on taking a wilderness first aid class so i am knowledgable and prepared. are there any places locally that you would recommend that have a wilderness and safety first aid course?

good commuting bike?

I'm a college student who lives off campus in a relatively small city with minimal bike lanes, and i recently got into bikepacking and use a nishiki anasazi that is good for trail, bike touring and gravel riding, but is heavy and climbing hills is challenging with it. i'm 5"6 and i've considered state bicycle co but would like more insight and recommendations.

Here's my requirements:

-Lightweight enough to take off of a bus's front bike rack

-easy to maintain

-bottle cage compatible

-can last long for a daily commute

- has good cushion/wheels for roads that aren't great (potholes, gravel)
