I’ve been a renter for a long time. I was in an apartment from 2008 to 2011, from there I was a referee from 2011 to 2016. At this point I upgraded from apartment to house. In very early 2020 I moved to my current renal home (which ended up being a blessing in disguise because my prior landlord sold my old house during the pandemic). When I first moved into my current house, my rent for a three bedroom two bath Home was $1345. With the renewals over the last several years, I anticipate that my rent will crossover into the $2000 a month territory. On top of that, my student loan repayment was just calculated to be equivalent to my rent. Which is ridiculous, but alas, a discussion for a different post. I have three dogs and one cat. I am a medical professional that works from home. If anyone in the Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, Cary, Holly Springs, or Fuquay areas has some solid leaves I would be very much appreciated if you share them with me. Thank you!

My friend who is a therapist shared this on social media. I found it pretty spot on in describing how Chappell/Kayleigh constantly uses therapy talk (incorrectly).

If she wants her life to be more private outside of scheduled events, there are ways to avoid fans and paparazzi. But instead of hiring a security team to handle those details, she creates unhinged videos claiming people are “violating her boundaries”. The irony of this too is that when she claims people are “violating her boundaries” she creates a scene which only extends the duration of the situation she’s claiming is so uncomfortable. Example: Paris Fashion Week - instead of choosing to dine at a secluded location or using the back/side door, she got out of her car, at the main entrance of a popular restaurant that already had paparazzi present and then proceeded to record them and create a spectacle, rather than just ignoring them and going immediately inside. Make it make sense! 🤔
