I read that about 42% of Washingtonians own guns. Have we organized politically? We need to start putting the heat on every elected official in this state so that they understand that we cherish *all* of the Bill of Rights - including the 2nd amendment. We can even swing the Dems if we push hard enough. Decades ago the NRA was successful at that. We need to make it clear that no matter which political party an elected representative belongs to; while having our rights threatened like this, only one issue is at the top of our list.
