Quick journey: started on a Sage with the barista touch, moved to a Lelit Elizabeth dual boiler (genuinely a great machine), but La Marzocco has been in my head for years. Finally pulled the trigger.

Everything the YouTube reviews say is true. Steaming power is on another level — though it took me a solid 20 jugs of soapy water to get used to the 4-hole steam tip. Once it clicked, microfoam became easy mode.

Shot consistency is the biggest upgrade for me. Noticeably better than anything I’ve owned. Pulled a medium roast the other day with a sweetness I’ve genuinely never tasted before.
Expensive? Absolutely. Worth it? For me, yes.
