m an upcoming sophomore offensive lineman and currently on the smaller side of linemen at my level (5,9 195lb). I’m trying to find a lifting split and lifts to work best for my situation which is to build strength and to have actual translation to the field. I’ve seen stuff like Upper lower but it’s separated into power, clean, pylo, athletes days. It’s just a little too complicated. PPL seems good, any thoughts on that? Please and thank you
