Anyone else in Germany calling from a German line the German Lufthansa Customer support do not get a language option and forced to talk English?

Update: Now it is offering a language option after the greetings. Both I and my sister tried from our phones earlier and it was German Greeting, English Greeting, English Menu, no more options. Now it is German Greeting, English Greeting and then a language option. Weird!

Edit: My sister needs to discuss her flight details in German.
