Just finished a 14 hour job on my h2c and noticed stains on all of my lighter colors. I thought maybe my infill was the cause until I opened my ams and saw this. This ams and H2C are brand new. The ams unit has only been used for 1 other job. I have around 20 ams units and I've never seen anything like this from the others
Basic 3x2 magnet layout with added weights . I use this base for a lot of my designs so I can swap out the top for different textures and geometry
My 100% compliant listings havre been getting pulled down and the only thing their support has been doing is sending me links to the policies i've supposedly broken. I've sent them pictures with proof of my compliance, as well as piictures of non compliant listings asking them to show me exactly what part of their policy I've broken and they just send me the same blanket reply. They have even gone as far as telling me that I am breaking their cosmetics or cleaning supplies policies, even though im selling fidgets and nowhere in my shop or in the listings that have been removed does it mention a single thing about cosmetics or cleaning supplies. After a week no responses, I send them my message and This is the reply I get back.
the way i take that response is that my shop isnt big enough and doesnt bring in enough money so i dont get the special treatment allowed others no matter if either of our listings are compliant or not. They say it's not targeted, but they specifically dont aim at others because eachindividual is unique.
I have 1300 sales. I've been a star seller for years. My shop is very well estabished, but I'm trying to add new products and getting pulled down for 100% false reasons and they cant just tell me the reason its happening. Even when posting new listing showing that my products are 100% compliant they have been pulled down and cited the same policy.
over the past few weeks I have had every new listing ive posted take down for different policy violations and yet they dont violate the policies stated. I ve tried contacting their customer service, but I'm 100% convinced that they are all Chatbots since they give the exact same blanket responses no matter what I say,
I sell magnet fidgets. there are already thousands of them on sale on etsy. Mine get taken down for violating the magnet policy, but I have pictures in my listings showing that they dont violate that policy. The dimmensions in my listing shows that they are larger than the dimmensions listed in their policy and they keep getting pulled down.
I tell this to customer support and they just send me links to their policy. I tell them that my products comply and try to send them the pictures of the compliance and they tell me that they have rules for cosmetics and send me that policy. I tell them my procuct has nothing to dow with cosmetics, and they send me a link about their cleaning supply policy. again trying to tell them that my product has nothing to do with that and the cycle starts over.
when i ask them why they allow others to be listed on the site that are smaller than mine and do violate their policies. They tell me that I havent been singled out and they check listings and if i feel something has violated a policy, I can report it. So i report 2, with proof of the violation and 3 weeks have gone by while theyre still selling those products and etsy has done nothing.
After I have emailed photos and proof of my compliance they stop messaging me completely.
I think time has passed, it must be fine since i have given them so much proof. I repost my listing and its taken down again within hours for the same magnet policy.
At this point my only options seem to be to outright lie and omit things from all of my lsitings or sell on another site.
