Also. I was looking at the workday and saw that there are some pipeline positions that we can put our resume into for assortment planner, assistant buyer, and merch analyst. I was thinking about doing this and wanted to know if folks are happy in corporate or what’s the culture like up there. And are they likely to get back to you.

I’ve previously been an assistant buyer at another company and now I’m at Nordstrom stores. What’s it like? Is it difficult. And does being a merch analyst prepare you well to be an assistant buyer?

so if anyone else is an RLTP right now what’s your feedback on the program. Ours is about to end in like two weeks and they have not really sat us down to talk about placements or offers yet explicitly . My manager came to me and said there aren’t many positions in our city available but I can stay on the team as a salesperson until something opens up.
