Wanted to exchange it, but Zepto asks me to come back after 30 mins, citing “high demand”. Why the fuck? There was there no “high demand” while placing the order. Even if a delivery partner isn’t available, take the exchange request and deliver it after 1 hour. They just want to shoo away the customer and hope they don’t remember to exchange it after 30 mins.

Smartbuy benefits have further been curtailed. Swiggy and Zomato coupons, which used to be the biggest benefits, have been limited to 10k per month.
