Inspired by our Mexico trip

We wanted somewhere to travel in January to escape the winters of the Northern Hemisphere and landed on Mexico. It was such an amazing trip full of amazing food and experiences that it inspired us to start our blog, Escapes Unfold. Amazing Mexican food on our trip!

We wanted somewhere to travel to in January to escape the winters of the northern hemisphere. We were deciding between Costa Rica and Mexico, and it was the food that swayed it Mexico’s way. It exceeded expectations! Fell in love with chilaquiles, tlayudas, marquesitas and more. We will definitely be back, to eat our way through this beautiful country.
