So… I messed up

I’ve started working out again and I wanted to gentle cleanse before going to the gym in the morning before coming back home to do my full AM routine.

Well, I used Bioderma and didn’t rinse, topped it with sunscreen, and then worked out at Hotworx (infrared sauna).

My skin has never looked like this. It says no rinse on the bottle but obviously the further reading I’ve done here has informed me that’s not okay.

WHAT do I need to do? I have various products here at home and also have quick access to both Ulta and Sephora. I do not want to make this worse.

TIA for any recs. I tried searching about Miceller water breakout treatments but only found discussions around the breaking out happening, not any treatment steps.
