I feel like the Shudder player issues make the movie-watching experience scarier

I don't know if anyone else has felt something similar to what I'm about to describe. I basically feel like the issues with the Shudder player make the movie-watching experience scarier. There is something about the player feeling broken, inconsistent, off, old, and outdated that feels a little scary or uncanny. If you're watching some batshit crazy old movie on a broken, shoddy, and strangely dysfunctional player (and seemingly for no good reason), it just makes whatever movie you're watching feel scarier. It's like walking into an old hotel room, house, motel room, etc., and something just isn't right. I don't know if anyone is going to agree with me at all, but I felt like saying something. It doesn't mean the player not working well is a good thing.

Would you classify an autonomous pooper-scooper robot as a robot vacuum? And looking for a product recommendation.

My friend's mom has a Roomba. She also has small dogs. I was wondering if there was something like a Roomba for backyards that would clean up dog poop? Is an autonomous pooper-scooper robot a type of robot vacuum? I'm also looking for a product recommendation if anyone has any. They are small dogs. I thought it'd be a good Mother's Day gift. It's a little late though. I was going to suggest it to my friend.

Trying to pinpoint what animals I heard in the night (camping near Whitefish, Montana)

I was camping with a friend near Whitefish, Montana a long time ago. The details are a little fuzzy. I was telling someone the story of our ordeal (we got lost on our way back to the car, the car didn't have any gas on its way down the mountain, etc.), and I realized that I was missing a key part of the story. We heard strange animal noises throughout the night. I was trying to pinpoint exactly what animals we heard. I don't know if anyone here knows. They were loud, guttural sounds. There were a variety of sounds, but I remember those specifically. What animals might those be? And what else might we have heard?
