I have a couple questions about {take me with you by Nina jones}.

I’ve heard there is a graphic abortion/miscarriage. Can someone explain how in depth it is and how it happens?
I’ve read mixed things on settings. One comment I saw said he keeps her in the car with him as the MMC travels from place to place most of the book. On another post I saw in the comments he keeps her in a house he built in his backyard for most of the book. Is it a somewhat equal mix of both or is one setting more so than the other?

I’m trying to decide if the book is worth reading at this point.
