Customer Support > Customer Success Manager

I recently got hired as a Customer Support Officer in a Med Tech Startup. I am trilingual which is a major thing they're looking for as they want to better be able to assist and follow up on Flemish accounts.

I anchored at €3,700 - €4,000. They offered €3,350 (because market and current internal salaries) and said they bumped up the net compensation to make up for the lower salary (which I'm not sure how true that is, all seems pretty basic).

I accepted, but made it clear I'm expecting to rediscuss salary once I become a CSM which they replied to very positively and guaranteed this would happen during the December performance review.

They are very happy with my performance these past few weeks and I intend for that to last. So I wanted to ask if my current salary seems fair and what I should ask for in my December review assuming my performance is really good the whole year.
