TVZ — The Vaginismus Zone Dilating Companion is now live on the App Store 🌿

I'm so proud to share that TVZ is officially available on iOS.

The app guides you through a proven 9-stage dilator therapy protocol, privately and at your own pace. Gentle step-by-step progress.

What's inside:

  • 9-stage structured dilator therapy journey
  • Session logging with comfort, pain and confidence tracking
  • Video and audio guides
  • Breathing exercises and guided meditation
  • Progress charts
  • Knowledge base with clinical articles and videos showing you how to dilate.

7-day free trial, then €14.99/month or €89.99/year.

I'd love to hear your feedback. 🌿

Your privacy is everything. TVZ stores all your data privately on your own phone — your sessions, your reflections, your progress. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is stored in the cloud, and no one — including me — can ever see your information. Not even if you lose your phone. Your journey stays yours, completely and always.

Google Play rejected my health app — personal vs organisation account. Is appeal worth it?

I just launched my first app on iOS and submitted it to Google Play for closed testing. Got rejected with a policy violation — apparently health apps now require an organisation account (enforced since August 2024).

My app is a self-help companion app for vaginismus — a pelvic floor condition. It guides users through a structured self-help programme. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything. All data is stored locally on the device. It has a medical disclaimer. It's essentially a digital self-help workbook.

I've submitted an appeal arguing it's a wellness/self-help app, not a medical app. But I'm wondering:

  • Has anyone successfully appealed this?
  • Is it worth waiting or should I just set up an organisation account?
  • How long did your appeal take?

Any experience with this would be really helpful. Thanks.
