I rented a car recently from enterprise. I'm from Canada, and when I rented I was advised I would have to play the rental plus a $300 deposit on my credit card.

No issues. I figured it would be a "hold". Will turn out it was a charge that posted. When I turned in the car, the employee advised that I would be refunded the $300 deposit and sent me the final invoice.

Fast forward a couple days, they did in fact refund the deposit. However... Given that they actually charged my card, I got dinged foreign exchange fees on both sides. This is approximately $15. It's not a lot of money but it is annoying. Has anyone brought this up to enterprise before?
