A lot of people keep asking me how I improved my stamina — here’s the most useful breathing trick I use

A lot of guys have been asking me lately how I trained my lasting time.

I’ll share the one technique that helped me the most — it’s all about breathing.

Back then, the second I got turned on I would lose control fast. I eventually realized the main issue wasn’t just my muscles — it was my nervous system. The sympathetic part (the excited, “go hard” mode) would take over and shut down the parasympathetic part (the relaxed, pleasurable mode).

So I started training myself to activate the parasympathetic system right from the beginning of arousal, instead of letting sympathetic energy take over.

Here’s the breathing method I actually use:

Daily practice (do this regularly):

Sit or lie down with your shoulders relaxed.

Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds, let your belly rise naturally.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 seconds (try to empty all the air).

The key is on the exhale: drop your jaw, relax your shoulders, and let your pelvic floor gently sink and open up. Don’t force it, just release and soften.

After you finish exhaling, pause for 1–2 seconds and really feel that relaxed, calm sensation in your body. That pause is what you want to train.

Once you get comfortable with it, start using the same breathing during solo sessions. As soon as you feel yourself getting too excited or your pelvic floor starting to tighten, switch to a long, slow exhale and release everything.

I practiced this for about 3–4 weeks and the difference was very noticeable. I can now stay in control much longer, and the pleasure feels way better — not that rushed, anxious feeling anymore.

It’s a pretty straightforward technique once you get the hang of it. No fancy stuff, just consistent practice.

If you want to try it, start with 10 minutes a day lying down until the exhale and release feels natural. Then gradually bring it into real sessions.

Anyone already working on breathing or reverse kegels, feel free to share how it’s going for you.

How I Went from Finishing in Under a Minute to Lasting as Long as I Want

Hey guys,

Five years ago I was a mess. I couldn’t last more than 30–60 seconds once things got intense. It killed my confidence and made sex stressful instead of enjoyable.

I tried everything — Kegels, edging, porn desensitization, “just think about baseball” — nothing worked long term. Then I started researching the actual physiology behind ejaculation control.

I discovered studies showing that most men with lifelong PE have an overactive sympathetic nervous system and weak parasympathetic response (measured by HRV). Basically, their body gets stuck in “fight-or-flight” mode and fires too early.

Once I understood this, I stopped fighting my body and started training the nervous system instead.

I focused heavily on breathing techniques and learning how to shift from sympathetic excitement into parasympathetic dominance while staying highly aroused. I combined this with reverse kegels and practicing under real arousal conditions.

The results were insane.

Now I can last as long as I want — 20, 30, even 40+ minutes if I choose to. The control feels effortless and natural. Not only that, the pleasure is much stronger and deeper than before. I can ride intense waves and even experience multiple peaks without losing it.

Understanding the sympathetic vs parasympathetic switch was the real game changer for me. Once you get it, everything clicks.

If you’re still struggling with quick finishes and nothing seems to work, this nervous system approach might be what you’ve been missing.
