if you'd bought a used '21 dct with only 7k miles for $11k and got 16k more miles out of it before stripping the countershaft would you consider replacing the shaft, or does it seem too expensive of a repair, and so would either look at another engine or selling it as is?

im not looking for advice as to whether this mod i had to do my motorcycle's countershaft makes sense, but rather am wondering if anyone sees any issue that would arise from the off center weight distribution of the unusually heavy larger washer. is it being so close to the center mean that whatever minor inconsistency in weight distribution wouldn't likely have any significant impact?
my countershaft's fairly stripped except if its pushed up against the case but the only way i can get it to stay that way's by adding this thick washer which is large enough to go over the splines to get pushed by the oem washer. my concern before i locktite it and go is that the bolt wont go in as far, and also am unsure which locktite to use. if the bolt not going in as far is critical perhaps the permanent red locktite could cover for the lacking bolt depth? but if i do that im also worried i wont be able to get it off on my own and am wanting to check it often so dont want to need anyone to help every time. would blue be good enough or is neither a good idea since the bolt wont go in far enough?
