I have been working out for 11 months now. I have been consistent on most days but for three times for 10-15 days I was not able to work out.
I work out 5-6 days a week and sometimes I go for a run. I am 21 year old and 5.11.
I have been following body recomp for past 11 months and I weigh same 73.5kg from start.
I have few questions?
- can you review my progress
- i have been planning to bulk and go till 85kg. Should I bulk or follow body recomp.
- what all muscles should I more focus on?
- if you can tell me my body fat percentage from looking
