I got these printed under eye patches but they are different then other eye masks I use. They pleal off the plastic and are sticky but not wet at all. And the instructions don't say to massage the excess serum into the skin after taking them off. Just wondering if this is normal or if I got a defective or expired product. I don't see en expiration date but they are the brilliant fantasy printed under eye patches from The Creme Shop with holographic Mickey Mouse heads on them. Thank you!!
